Sev Usal/Puna Misal Recipe

  • Soak 1 cup dry green peas in warm water for 5 hrs and then boil.
  • Heat 2tbsp any refined oil, fry 1 chopped onion and green chilli till golden brown.
  • Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp UJAM turmeric powder
  • 1tsp UJAM red chilli powder, 1tsp UJAM coriander powder, 1tbsp UJAM Sev Usal Masala, salt as per taste.
  • Add green peas, 2 cup water and cook till 10 mins.
  • Serve hot with bun, Sev and chopped onion.
