In 2tsp of refined oil shallow fry garlic ginger paste and chopped onions till soft.; Add 2 chopped tomatoes 500g boiled vegetables such as cauliflower, smashed potatoes, peas etc. mash and cook for 5 mins.; Add 2tsp UJAM Pavbhaji Masala and salt as per taste, close lead and cook for 10 mins.;
