Pav Bhaji - The favorite Indian Fast-food

  • In 2tsp of refined oil shallow fry garlic ginger paste and chopped onions till soft.
  • Add 2 chopped tomatoes 500g boiled vegetables such as cauliflower, smashed potatoes, peas etc. mash and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add 2tsp UJAM Pavbhaji Masala and salt as per taste, close lead and cook for 10 mins.
  • Add block of butter garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot pav (bread), raw chopped onions and fresh lemon pieces.
