3. Limit your screen time- Excessive exposure to your computer and phone screens can adversely affect your eye health. Taking a break every few hours or simply limiting the time spent on gadgets is a good idea.
5. Don't underestimate the power of protective eye-wear- Whether at work or while at play, protective eye gear is something you should not ignore, especially if you exposed to hazardous airborne materials at work.
6. Avoid rubbing your eyes- Our hands are covered with a host of germs and thus, rubbing your eyes every now and then, can be a conduit for eye infections and diseases. Avoid touching your eyes as much as possible.
10. Avoid sharing your eye make-up and towel- It's good to be caring and sharing, however, sharing your eye make-up or towel can result in spreading contagious infections like conjunctivitis or pinkeye. So keep your eye tools separate.
