How to share rights on Google My Business

  • Open business.google.com after login in google with the account from which your business is registered on Google My Business(GMB)
  • Click on "Manage location" button or GMB icon beneath the name of business.
  • On left menu bar, click on "Users"
  • Click on "Add user icon" on right-top corner.
  • Write the email id of the user, to who you want to share rights and choose a role.
  • Owner: Each listing can have multiple owners, but only one primary owner. Owners and primary owners have the same capabilities.
  • Managers have all of the capabilities of an owner, except for particularly sensitive capabilities such as removing the listing or managing access to it.
  • Communications managers have the capabilities of a manager, except for editing business info, starting a Hangout on Air, or managing videos on YouTube.
  • Once you click on "Invite", the other user shall receive mail and needs to accept the invite to get the rights.
