Things to be taken care before creating lead ads on LinkedIn.

  • Lead Gen ads and Sponsored Content ads directing people to your website need to run in separate campaigns.
  • Lead Gen Forms are only available within the LinkedIn app.
  • You can test different variations in your campaign.
  • Don’t ask for too much information in Lead Gen Forms(max 3 to 4).
  • You can’t edit or delete a form.
  • Clicks and Opens on the lead ads are not the same thing.
  • Lead data is only stored for 90 days.
