Refreshing Mocktail Recipes- Apple Cider

  • The fresh apples lend their freshness to the preserved juice, and the cinnamon sprinkled apple slice further enhances it.
  • SERVES- 4-5
  • INGREDIENTS OF APPLE CIDER MOCKTAIL:
  • 2 Large ripe apples-peeled and chopped
  • 3 teacups (500ml) and apple juice (ready-made)
  • 8 tbsp Vanilla ice-cream
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • For garnishing- thin slices of unpeeled apple (dipped in lemon juice) with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
  • METHOD:
  • 1. Peel apple and cut into small pieces.
  • 2. Blend chopped apples with a little juice in a blender till smooth
  • 3. In a pan mix pureed apples with the left over apple juice and ice cream. Keep in fridge till the serving time.
  • 4. At the time of serving, add lots of ice cubes and blend for half minute.
  • 5. Garnish with an apple slice, sprinkled with some lemon juice and cinnamon powder.
