Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe

  • Slice 300g paneer in rectangle shape.
  • Heat 3 tbsp of any refined oil/ghee adds paste of 3 onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add 4 tbsp of tomato puree. Stir fry for 5 mins.
  • Stir in 1tbsp UJAM paneer Tikka Masala, 2tsp UJAM chilli powder, ½ tsp UJAM Corriander powder.
  • Add 2tsp magajtari, 2 tsp of cashew paste, 40ml fresh cream and salt as per taste.
  • Boil with ¾ cup of water. Add paneer slices simmer till dine.
  • Garnish with green coriander leaves and a dash of fresh cream. Serve steaming hot with roti.
