Samosa stuffing- Recipe using Ujam's Samosa Masala

  • Prepare dough before half an hour of making Samosa
  • Smash 5 boiled potatoes
  • Add 2tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
  • Add 2tsp UJAM Samosa Masala
  • Add salt and sugar as per taste
  • Add 1tsp of lemon juice
  • Mix well
  • Prepare roti of dough and make cone shape, fill potato stuffing in it and close corners.
  • Fry the Samosa till it becomes golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chatni and tomato ketchup.
